You will lead rapid improvement events, coach teams, and drive lean transformation across safety, quality, and delivery. Safety-sensitive role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Assist production supervisors and leaders in transforming lines and sustaining improvements using tiered management systems.
• Lead rapid improvement events (RIEs) to meet impact targets and drive fast results.
• Support transformation activities from scoping to execution, including training and pre-work.
• Coach teams to adopt rapid improvement event standard work and engage leaders at all levels.
• Drive high-quality problem solving and sustainment through mission-control style execution.
• Develop systems that enable cross-functional collaboration and lean culture.
• Engrain BOM/lean principles to improve safety, quality, delivery.
• Translate strategy into action within your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Transform lines or areas and sustain improvements through tiered management systems.
• Lead rapid improvement events (RIEs) to meet impact and improvement targets.
• Support transformation processes from scoping to execution, including training and pre-work.
• Coach and engage RIE leaders and teams during pre-work, event week and post-work.
• Drive problem solving and sustainment through effective execution at mission control.
• Enable sustainment through development of systems and tiered management.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and lean culture across the area.
• Translate GDP, LRP, PGT strategies into actionable tasks.
