Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma plus two years manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree plus manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; good communication is essential.

• Support Rapid Improvement Events with cross-functional teams.
• Lead 5S and visual workplace improvements across the value stream.
