Job summary

SuperChix in Chesapeake is seeking an Operating Partner to lead our restaurant, owning the people, P&L, guests, and community. You’ll share in profits when the restaurant beats its plan, with no ceiling.

You will hire and develop a team, manage scheduling and culture, drive local marketing, and ensure brand standards. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on role with 50+ hour weeks and direct leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant or fast‑casual management experience, including 1+ year as a General Manager accountable for a restaurant Profit & Loss.
• Track record of developing leaders and promoting team members.
• Owner's mindset: solve problems, not escalate them.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to coach, correct, or celebrate.
• Fluency with food cost, labor %, and controllable profit.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to earn within 30 days.
• Ability to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team that delivers excellent guest service.
• Own scheduling, retention, and team development.
• Drive sales and manage prime cost (food + labor) weekly using tracking tools.
• Control inventory, ordering, waste, and cash handling.
• Lead local marketing and grow catering/off-premise sales.
