Job summary

SuperChix in Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking an experienced Manager who can lead a diverse team, drive guest service excellence, and foster a positive, productive work environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor labor, food costs and inventory, ensure policies are followed, and help achieve sales and service goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant or food service management experience.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to coach and hold team members accountable.
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
