Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulates clearly to Team Members, Management, and Guests.
• Develops schedules for Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction for staff.
• Holds front-of-house staff accountable for dress code standards.
• Ensures compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Supports inventory execution and cost control.
• Manages check-outs for Hospitality staff and ensures smooth operations.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for guests and team members.
• Handles guest service issues professionally and with empathy.
