Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Operating Director for the York, PA branch to lead growth and oversee operations. The role focuses on building a strong team, expanding market presence, and ensuring high-quality in-home care services.

You will drive business development, manage referrals, and supervise staffing, protocols, and client satisfaction while working with corporate support and training resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the York, PA branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements.
• Create a workplace of choice, motivate and incentivize staff, and set team morale.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Independently manage and lead the branch, receiving ongoing corporate training and support.
• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Referral Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
• In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
