Cornerstone Caregiving in Virginia seeks a driven Director to lead an existing branch and drive growth with training and corporate support.

You will develop marketing plans, build referral networks, hire and onboard staff, manage client intakes, and oversee budget and profits. Relocation before starting is required. The role offers a base salary of $80,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share, full benefits, a company car, and unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the branch independently with corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure shifts are staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture and motivate the team to high performance.

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. This is an existing location!

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
