Dream Golf's Wild Spring Dunes resort opens a brand-new kitchen in East Texas, combining golf with wilderness. You will help establish standards, systems, and culture from day one, mainly on the griddle and fryer to showcase quality ingredients.

The role is full-time with morning shifts (6am-2pm or 8am-4pm) and weekend availability. You will manage a station, coordinate orders, and uphold safety, sanitation, and guest-service excellence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong cooking skills with focus on quality food.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a designated kitchen station and prep dishes to order.
• Prepare and serve food according to specs and standards.
• Coordinate food orders for timely delivery to guests.
• Follow safety, allergy, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and store ingredients with dating.
• Support kitchen operations with additional tasks as needed.
