Wild Spring Dunes is assembling its opening kitchen team in East Texas, where golf meets wilderness. You will help set standards and systems from day one, mainly on the griddle and fryer, crafting dishes with quality ingredients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong cooking skills with focus on quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask with minimal supervision.
• Stamina to stand, walk, lift and move for long periods.
• Flexibility for varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Manage a designated kitchen station and prep/order to spec.
• Prepare and serve food to order with attention to quality.
• Coordinate food orders for timeliness and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and allergen procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain kitchen areas and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering when needed.
• Store ingredients properly with dating and labeling.
• Support kitchen operations with additional tasks as required.
