Wild Spring Dunes will be opening a premier public golf resort in East Texas. We are building the kitchen from the ground up, so you will help establish standards, systems, and culture from day one, primarily on the griddle and fryer to showcase quality ingredients in a golf-meets-wilderness setting.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, with opening shifts from 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm, helping shape how things work as the operation scales.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong cooking skills with focus on quality food preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Able to problem-solve, multitask under pressure, and work independently.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently or as part of a small team.
• Manage a designated kitchen station, preparing dishes to order with attention to detail while ensuring the station is properly stocked and organized.
• Prepare and serve food according to established specs.
• Coordinate food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines for special food requests, particularly those related to allergies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment according to company policies and health regulations.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and safe kitchen environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to personal cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, requisitioning items needed for menu preparation.
• Properly store ingredients and products, ensuring proper covering and dating.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the kitchen operations.
