dreamgolf invites you to join the opening team of a brand-new resort in East Texas, where golf meets wilderness. You’ll help build our kitchen from the ground up and set standards, systems, and culture from day one, primarily on the griddle and fryer to showcase quality ingredients.

Opening shift options are 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm, and full-time staff must have weekend availability as we launch this premier destination.

We're building our kitchen from the ground up, which means you'll help establish the standards, systems, and culture from day one. You'll likely be working primarily on the griddle and fryer, crafting dishes that showcase quality ingredients in a setting where golf meets wilderness. Being part of an opening team means extra responsibility, but also the chance to shape how things work rather than just following someone else's playbook.

Schedule

Are you a morning person? The opening shift hours are 6am-2pm, or 8am-4pm. Full-time employees must have weekend availability.
