Job summary

Wild Spring Dunes is building its kitchen from the ground up as part of a premier golf resort in East Texas. You will help establish standards, systems, and culture from day one, focusing on high-quality ingredients and station leadership on the griddle and fryer.

This full-time role features a PM shift (12pm–8 or 9pm), weekend availability, and opportunities to shape operations while growing with the resort.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality food preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to problem-solve, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated station in the kitchen, preparing dishes to order with attention to detail while ensuring the station is properly stocked and organized.
• Prepare and serve food according to established specs.
• Coordinate food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines for special food requests, particularly those related to allergies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment according to company policies and health regulations.
