Job summary

Texas Western Hospitality invites a seasoned General Manager to lead the Residence Inn by Marriott in Midland, TX, opening in 2027. You will shape short- and long-term financial plans, prepare budgets, and oversee revenue centers, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and guest services.

Responsibilities

Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the hotel that support the company's objectives.
Prepare the annual hotel budget and monitor performance via guest satisfaction systems and monthly financial reports.
Manage all revenue sources including rooms, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, ensuring profitability.
Coordinate with Sales and marketing, including making calls, attending events, and coordinating promotions.
Oversee staffing, training, safety, SOPs, and preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with franchise and company procedures and local laws; protect assets and respond to guest requests promptly.
