Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality seeks a hands-on General Manager for the Hampton Inn Midland, MI to lead all hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting and revenue management with adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hotel management experience.
• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to manage budgets and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies across operations, HR, security and safety.
• Develop annual budgets and capital expenditure plans.
• Achieve revenue and profit goals while balancing costs.
• Oversee sales efforts and guest group/bookings.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to AGM/department heads.
• Monitor compliance with brand operating standards.
