Workstream is looking for a General Manager (GM) at our Midland, Texas location to lead strategic and operational aspects of the restaurant. The GM will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety and compliance, and cultivate a positive culture among team members. We're seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of foodservice management experience preferably in QSR or casual dining. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
