Job summary

Charter Fitness is hiring an Opener/Member Experience Representative to greet members, check-in, answer questions, and keep the front desk organized at the Ford City location. You will assist with sales and help maintain a welcoming, efficient atmosphere for our members.

The role includes updating member information in our software, stocking and cleaning duties, and collaborating with managers to ensure a smooth operation and positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members
• Assist with sale transactions
• Convey information to members and/or direct the situation to the appropriate person.
• Sign in members accurately
• Add and update information in specialized software programs
• Keep the front desk area organized and neat
• Assist with maintenance of facility
• Arrange equipment, weights or mats appropriately
• Maintenance and stock restrooms as necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer service when greeting members and answer questions knowledgeably
• Dress appropriately based on Charter Fitness standards

The Member Experience Representative is the first and last point of contact when members enter and leave the facility. They are responsible for greeting all members, checking-in members, answering questions, cleaning, and assisting managers with selling memberships.
