• Add and update information in specialized software programs.
• Keep the front desk area organized and neat.
• Assist with facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Arrange equipment, weights or mats as needed.
• Restock and maintain restroom supplies.
• Provide high levels of customer service when greeting members and answering questions.
• Dress appropriately based on Charter Fitness standards.
