Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year kitchen/cooking experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate line and prep stations in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Coordinate with team to ensure high food presentation and execution.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper temps.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation; follow sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
