Qualifications

• BLS certification (AHA) within 3 months.
• Associate's degree in Surgical Technology or a certificate in Surgical Technology.
• 1+ years of experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures with timely, accurate setup.
• Ensure instruments and supplies are complete and functional.
• Scrub and assist per case needs, adapting to surgeon preferences.
• Assist with case flow and back table setup; maintain Mayo stand organization.
• Anticipate intraoperative needs and coordinate with the surgical team.
• Support efficient, safe patient care across diverse procedures.
