Job summary

Lockton On Call is seeking Temporary Benefits Coordinators to support Open Enrollment season. The role runs late September through early December 2026 with 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

in the Kansas City, MO or Dallas, TX area. You will handle medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, and other benefits, delivering responsive, confidential service by phone and email. Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable learning HRIS and benefits systems,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in benefits, HR, customer service, healthcare, or insurance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive support related to Medical, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, STD/LTD, and voluntary benefits.
• Help employees understand new benefit plans, policies, and Open Enrollment updates.
• Support Open Enrollment activities, including team huddles, reviewing client materials, and communicating important updates to employees.
• Research benefit plans and respond to employee questions with accurate and timely information.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email interactions.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, including reviewing and entering information into HRIS and related systems.
• Escalate complex benefit questions or issues to senior team members when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee benefit information and other sensitive data.
• Adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced seasonal environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
