Job summary

City of Philadelphia seeks an Organizational Change Management Lead to guide departmental readiness and adoption for the OPAL project. You will coordinate with stakeholders to prepare for process and system changes, develop training and communications, and support testing and deployment activities.

The role requires strong SDLC/change-management expertise, excellent facilitation and documentation skills, and a track record of driving user adoption across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC from a change management perspective.
• Ability to keep data confidential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create user and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define, facilitate, track, and manage readiness activities with stakeholders.
• Help ensure stakeholders are ready to embrace the new technology and processes.
• Assess readiness status and decide on deployments.
• Prepare departments for system implementation.
• Identify and revise configurations, integrations, and reporting.
• Drive standardization and new process adoption across departments.
• Involve key users in deployment activities (testing, training, communications, conversion).
