Job summary

City of Philadelphia seeks an ERP Organizational Change Management Trainer to design and deliver training for the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project, ensuring end-user understanding of ERP modules and related systems. The role combines teaching with change management to maximize adoption across departments.

The candidate should have 5+ years’ experience as a technical trainer or change management analyst, with ERP/DW/BI implementation experience; Workday ERP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years as a technical trainer or change management analyst.
• ERP and/or DW/BI implementation experience preferred.
• Workday ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project.
• Customize training content by user role and business process.
• Conduct classroom and online training sessions.
• Develop plans for change implementation, communication, and monitoring.
• Measure effectiveness of change initiatives and report outcomes.
• Provide technical support during training and troubleshoot issues.
