Job summary

PermitFlow is redefining how America builds, delivering AI-powered permitting and project visibility to construction companies across the country. The role focuses on customer relationships, end-to-end permit management, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate housing, renewables, and infrastructure projects.

You will lead permit processes, train team members, and deliver data-driven reports while ensuring compliance and efficiency in every submission.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in construction permitting or project management.
• Bilingual English and French.
• Location based in Ontario or willing to relocate to the area.
• Experience with residential or commercial permitting and working with municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for customers, keeping them informed on permit status, timelines, and requirements.
• Provide training, coaching, and direction to junior team members and oversee their work.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of permit applications, including researching requirements, preparing forms, gathering documentation, and submitting applications.
• Generate detailed reports on permit progress and deliver updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to streamline workflows and ensure compliance and accuracy in permit submissions.
• Monitor permit statuses and engage with authorities to expedite approvals.
