The ideal candidate will ship quickly, instrument outcomes, and maintain a rigorous quality bar while staying close to customers and use-cases across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent track record in related roles.
• Direct ownership of quality bar for AI/Agentic systems.
• Hands-on in evaluations with golden data sets and online monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core workflow agents for permitting and AI-driven submissions.
• Define reliability criteria and gate releases to customer-facing products.
• Drive toward single-shot submission where feasible and accurate.
