Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Office Operations or similar, with customer focus.
• Experience as front-facing office representative and in managing vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Event planning or coordination experience preferred; comfort with executives and guests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Workplace Experience Site Lead for the San Francisco office.
• Be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors.
• Manage reception, check-in, and office access requests.
• Coordinate daily lunch service and maintain vendor relationships.
• Handle workplace tickets, security access, and badge administration.
• Collaborate with facilities vendors to resolve issues and maintain operations.
• Support workplace experience initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Assist in planning office events and leadership meetings.
• Support office moves and facilities-related projects.
• Work with Security, Finance, Facilities, and Leadership on programs.
