Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Workplace Experience Site Lead for the San Francisco office.
• Be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors.
• Manage reception, visitor check-in, and access requests.
• Coordinate daily lunch service and vendor relationships.
• Handle workplace tickets, security access, and badge administration.
• Collaborate with facilities vendors on maintenance and operations.
• Support events and office programs, including leadership meetings.
• Assist with office moves and related facilities projects.
