Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver hospitality-focused client experiences and support daily operations and events.

You will manage space readiness, coordinate with catering, janitorial, security, and vendors, and perform light cleaning while ensuring compliance with EHS and client standards. 2+ years in hospitality or workplace services preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, workplace services, soft services, or operations.
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client employees and guests regarding workplace services and events.
• Conduct daily building walks to identify facility, cleanliness, or readiness issues.
• Ensure assigned spaces are client-ready and properly reset each day.
• Coordinate with Catering, Janitorial, Security, and other service partners to maintain service standards.
• Support work order creation and tracking via Maximo and/or CrowdComfort.
• Attend weekly planning meetings to review upcoming events and ensure preparedness.
• Act as on-site lead during meetings and events and assist with vendor coordination.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and post-event reset, including light cleaning and room reconfiguration.
