You will drive readiness standards, engage stakeholders, and help optimize the workplace experience while supporting data-driven improvements and client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years minimum experience in hospitality, facility / property management, or CRE.
• Exceptional customer service and hospitality orientation.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; excellent service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and process management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with strong prioritization.
• Comfort with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to executive ticket requests with top-notch service.
• Lead building readiness standards for executive spaces and partner with local teams.
• Proactively identify operational needs to reduce friction for client employees.
• Ensure Workplace Services align with SLAs, processes and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver high-touch customer service.
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting to align with client goals.
• Assist with vendor relationships and event support as needed.
