Hours are typically 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility for events. This on-site role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and collaboration with facilities teams to maintain smooth operations and a welcoming

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Responsibilities

• Greet entrants and issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
• Answer calls professionally and prepare presentations for groups.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
• Handle inquiries from employees and guests with professional customer service.
• Organize on-site events: secure space, set up, tear down, supply delivery.
• Follow security and emergency procedures to ensure building safety.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain information clearly and follow manager directions.
• Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
