Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests.
• Deliver concierge services aligned with SLA and SOPs.
• Create and manage security badges in client systems.
• Monitor badge access and visitor registration processes.
• Support onboarding and workplace orientation for new employees.
• Order office supplies and coordinate administrative tasks.
