Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge Coordinator for our Atlassian Bellevue office. This on-site role supports concierge and day-to-day service delivery, including reception, events, and guest relations.

You will collaborate with Facilities and global teams, manage Jira tickets for employee offerings, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. 1–2 years in hospitality or service roles preferred; strong English communication essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in experience services, hospitality, events, facility or property management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proficient with G-Suite; Confluence, Jira, and Coupa skills are a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Concierge team as the initial contact for Atlassian-related inquiries and feedback.
• Provide warm, proactive front-of-house support and manage daily operations to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate events, tickets, office services, and vendor relationships to maintain high standards of service.
