Job summary

Ōnin Group is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of Ōnin at a client facility. You will manage daily operations, support onboarding, and build strong relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure smooth workforce performance.

Key duties include attendance tracking, reporting, safety compliance, and acting as the liaison among client, branch, and onsite staff. Ideal candidates have staffing experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing or logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite for daily reporting and communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational ability.
• Attention to detail and relationship-building mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key contact between the client, branch, and onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate reporting aligned with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
