Job summary

Ōnin Staffing, LLC is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of Ōnin at a client facility. You’ll oversee daily workforce operations, manage attendance, and schedule shifts while supporting onboarding and training for new hires.

As the main liaison between the client, our branch, and the onsite team, you’ll build strong relationships, monitor performance, maintain accurate reporting, and help ensure safety and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and attention to detail.
• Relationship-building skills to support teammates and client partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the client, our branch, and the onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with both teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and assist with meeting client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
