Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a skilled Claims Administrator to manage project workers' compensation claims at Winnemucca, NV, with contingency status and Bechtel-employee secondment. The role reports to Bechtel's Head of Workers' Compensation and Claims Director, handling routine matters independently and ensuring Bechtel is fully informed at all stages.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of workers compensation and occupational rehabilitation procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of claims resolution techniques and litigation processes.
• Experience with bodily injury, 1st and 3rd party property damage, and other insured claims.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with injured workers, medical professionals, insurers, brokers, counsel, and regulatory agencies.
• Manages workers compensation claims documentation and eligibility communications with insurer.
• Oversees RMIS and coordinates subrogation processes.
