Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Administrator for a fully on-site role in Winnemucca, NV. The project requires handling all aspects of workers compensation, with emphasis on EHS, OSHA compliance, and effective claim resolution.

The ideal candidate will manage assignments in a fast-paced industrial setting, support with auto and insured claims, and participate in rotational schedules with lodging and meals covered during rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of workers' comp claims experience.
• Extensive knowledge of workers' compensation claims administration and EHS.
• Experience with OSHA requirements related to workplace injuries and claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage workers compensation claims from initial reporting through resolution.
• Investigate claims, determine eligibility, and maintain claim documentation.
• Communicate with injured workers, medical providers, insurers, attorneys, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor claims activity, audits, and trends impacting project performance.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations.
• Maintain claims data within RMIS.
• Provide workers compensation training and support compliance with laws and regs.
• Assist with subrogation matters and litigation support.
• Partner with insurers and medical providers for effective claim management.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to support risk management objectives.
