TEKsystems is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Administrator for an on-site, long-term contract in Winnemucca, NV. The role oversees all aspects of the workers compensation program on a large industrial construction project, including auto and insured claims.

Living expenses are covered during rotations, with a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, 6 days/week during rotations. The ideal candidate has strong workers compensation claims experience, EHS/OSHA knowledge, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in related field or 3+ years of workers compensation claims experience.
• Experience in workers compensation claims administration and EHS settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements related to workplace injuries and claims.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Typing proficiency of 45–65 WPM and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers compensation claims from initial reporting through resolution.
• Investigate claims, determine eligibility, and maintain documentation.
• Communicate with injured workers, medical providers, insurers, and attorneys.
• Monitor claims activity, audits, and trend analysis for project performance.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations.
• Maintain RMIS data and support compliance with laws and regulations.
• Support subrogation, litigation, and other insured claims including auto claims.
