Job summary

Aon is seeking a Project Workers Compensation Administrator to manage complex workers' compensation programs for large-scale projects, partnering with leadership, insurers, medical professionals, and legal teams to deliver positive claim outcomes. The role is onsite at Port Arthur, TX with a 48-hour week, seconded to Bechtel, reporting to Bechtel's Head of Workers' Compensation and the Aon Claims Director.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 plus potential incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workers’ compensation and related areas.
• Extensive knowledge of claims resolution and litigation processes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with injured workers, insurers, and counsel.
• Develops project-specific workers’ compensation procedures.
• Oversees CCIP enrollment and new-hire orientation.
• Prepares regular claims performance reports.
• Manages investigations and subrogation coordination.
• Implements return-to-work and disability management plans.
