Bechtel is seeking a Contracts Workers Compensation Claims Administrator for the Thacker Pass Project in Winnemucca, NV. This contingency contract position requires onsite work from Monday to Saturday, with a 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule, reporting to Bechtel's Claims team.

The role oversees all workers' compensation claims, coordinates with insurers, providers, and internal teams, and implements project-specific procedures. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of related experience.

• Develops and maintains project workers compensation claims manual and related processes.
• Provides onsite training related to workers compensation.
• Monitors claims activity and identifies trends impacting project performance.
• Oversees and processes workers compensation claims, including documentation and eligibility.
• Interfaces with insurers to manage claims, settlements and subrogation strategies.
• Coordinates and supports return-to-work initiatives and medical provider relations.
• Assists in management of risk and in dispute resolution as needed.
