Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. is seeking a Claims Administrator to manage project workers' compensation claims onsite at Winnemucca, NV, reporting to Bechtel’s team.

The role focuses on audit, investigation, subrogation, and return-to-work coordination. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or 3 years of related experience), strong knowledge of workers' compensation processes, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Extensive knowledge of workers compensation and occupational rehabilitation procedures, practices and processes.
• Experience with claims resolution techniques and litigation process familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and processes workers' compensation claims and related insured claims.
• Interacts with injured workers, insurers, brokers and regulatory agencies.
• Develops project-specific claims procedures and conducts regular claim reviews and audits.
• Coordinates return-to-work plans and manages subrogation issues.
• Monitors insurer performance and prepares related reports.
