Everforth Apex is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver hands-on desktop support for agency users in a Windows environment. The role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software, both onsite and remotely, with a focus on fast, friendly customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of desktop support experience, basic networking knowledge, solid communication skills, and a valid driver’s license for area-wide travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software in a Windows environment.
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for agency users in Windows-based environments.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite and remotely.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while responding to user requests and incidents.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities as required.
