Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Lead Desktop Support professional for the New York design office. This fully onsite role will serve as the primary contact for executive-level users, delivering prompt and effective assistance and ensuring seamless technology operation for the team.

You will provide in-person and remote support for executives and designers, assist with board meetings and high-visibility events, and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in IT support.
• Must have 2+ years in Executive IT support.
• Experience providing AV support for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote tech support to executives and designers, troubleshoot hardware/software, and fix connectivity issues.
• Support high-visibility meetings (Board meetings, earnings calls, international meetings).
• Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
• Perform regular tech assessments and drive productivity improvements.
• Document IT setups, configurations, and procedures.
