Job summary

Synchro in Houston is hiring an experienced Desktop Support Analyst for a 3-month contract to support a Windows 11 migration plus BAU desktop support and onboarding. The role is based in Houston and requires onsite work.

You will build Windows 11 laptops with Intune, handle end-user issues, assist with moves, and support AD, GPO, M365, Exchange, VDI, networking, security, and video conferencing.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows 11 deployments and migrations.
Strong AD, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and VDI troubleshooting.
Onsite on Houston project with contract terms.

Responsibilities

Build and provision Windows 11 laptops using Intune.
Support desktop issues and onboarding for new users.
Assist with desk moves and broader workplace technology needs.
Troubleshoot across AD, GPO, M365, Exchange, VDI, networking, security and video conferencing.
