Job summary

Guide Water Solutions, a Guide Energy Solutions, LLC company, is seeking a Field Specialist to support water-treatment operations at customer field locations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior oilfield services, water treatment, chemical treatment, field operations, or related environment experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic field calculations, read measurements, conduct testing, and maintain records.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customer personnel and coworkers.
• Willingness to work extended hours, travel, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform per-stage duties to support water treatment at field locations.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust treatment equipment per procedures and supervisor direction.
• Collect samples, conduct required field analyses, and report results.
• Record treatment results, conditions, product usage, and KPIs accurately and promptly.
• Support rig-up/rig-down, product reloads, transfers, and other field activities as directed by the Field Supervisor.
• Monitor inventory and communicate usage, remaining volumes, and replenishment needs.
• Inspect equipment and promptly report leaks, damage, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicle.
