Experienced Water Solutions is seeking a driven service and field sales specialist in Charlotte, NC. The role combines troubleshooting, chemical treatment, and equipment support for boilers, cooling systems and wastewater systems.

You will interact with client Operations, Technical, and Senior Management to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Training is available; travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Must negotiate sales of water treatment in a business-to-business environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and behavior.
• Able to work independently and autonomously to complete tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Service and sell water treatment chemicals and equipment for boilers, cooling and wastewater systems.
• Perform chemistry and biological tests, log data, monitor inventory at customer sites.
• Analyze systems, interpret data and provide written recommendations for optimal operation.
• Adjust chemical feed levels within specified control limits to meet program objectives.
• Provide technical support and escalate issues as needed; troubleshoot equipment.
• Start-ups and integration of new applications at existing and new accounts.
• Review remote alarms and respond to critical conditions.
• Develop relationships with plant and facility executives and key stakeholders.
• Schedule service calls, prepare reports, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, handle invoices, orders, and proposals.
