Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to safely perform essential water treatment tasks at multiple company sites. The role requires working at heights and performing routine laboratory tests for water quality, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

The operator will handle chemical dosing, equipment setup, daily reporting, and effective communication with team members, customers, and other contractors.

Formación

• One year of water treatment experience or equivalent training.
• Must be detail oriented due to safety needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Energy industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment, policies, and maintenance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operate water treatment equipment and labs to test parameters (H2S, ORP, pH, Turbidity, TSS, iron, residuals).
• Chemically dose produced water based on water quality and customer demands.
• Load/unload materials and equipment for transport.
• Monitor gauges and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.
• Set up pumps/generators and perform routine maintenance.
