Job summary

Apex Water and Process is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide technical support and guidance to clients in the water treatment industry. You will resolve complex issues, support field sales, and contribute to customer satisfaction from on-site service and remote guidance.

The role requires mechanical/technical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and travel to customer sites. Full-time employment with a competitive benefits package and paid time off from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or two years hands-on experience in mechanical/technical environments.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field service tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work.
• Willingness to pass respirator fit tests and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Work on customer sites to service water treatment systems and document findings.
• Participate in delivery, installation, commissioning and repair of systems.
• Assist with chemical feed management and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and act as the face of Apex to customers.
• Maintain organized daily work and timely service reports.
• Complete technical training on boiler and cooling tower systems.
• Travel locally and up to 3 nights per month for field work.
