Job summary

Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to safely manage on-site water treatment tasks at Texas locations. You will perform chemical dosing, monitor gauges, run pumps, and conduct essential lab tests while maintaining safety protocols and accurate daily reports.

Requirements include at least one year in water treatment or equivalent training, strong communication, and teamwork. Training will cover DOT/OSHA safety, with ample paid training and benefits offered by the

Qualifications

• One year of water treatment experience and/or equivalent training.
• Must be detail oriented due to safety.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in energy industry a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures, and safety strategies.

Responsibilities

• Laying and picking up poly line, running transfer pumps, and essential equipment for water treatment operations. Conduct lab testing for H2S, ORP, pH, Turbidity, TSS, iron, residual chemicals and TPH/TOG.
• Chemical dosing of produced water based on water quality and customer demands.
• Load and unload materials onto trailers and trucks for safe transport.
• Observe machine operations and gauges; adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.
• Set and service pumps and generators at job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
