Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations across 1–3 facilities and own the full package fulfillment at your site. You will manage a team of supervisors, drivers, and hourly staff, drive daily performance, and partner with HR, Compliance, and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing labor planning and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site warehouse operations (1–3 facilities).
• Direct people management for supervisors and hourly staff.
• Review timesheets, overtime, and attendance with HR.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff including drivers and supervisors.
• Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance on site.
• Solve on-site issues independently and coordinate with remote teams.
• Lead daily stand-ups and monitor SLA performance.
• Use reporting tools to track site performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate delivery operations, routes, and bulk deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and site audits.
• Oversee contractor onboarding and 1099 driver relationships.
• Ensure access control and security for communities.
• Inspect and manage fleet readiness and maintenance.
• Conduct monthly ride-alongs for quality and safety coaching.
• Support other Fetch business lines with planning and staffing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional discussions.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Client Success teams to resolve escalations.
• Work with HR on employee relations and investigations.
