Job summary
JUSDA Supply Chain North America is seeking an experienced IT Manager to serve as the local IT lead for logistics and warehouse operations. You will oversee onsite IT infrastructure deployment, daily information system support, and operational troubleshooting to ensure stable, reliable IT services in our warehouses.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure support, or logistics tech.
- Experience supporting warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, YMS and related platforms.
- Onsite IT deployment and end-user computing experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and project coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse IT infrastructure deployment for new launches.
- Oversee daily support of warehouse systems; provide user support and training.
- Coordinate local IT projects, upgrades, and OT initiatives.
- Serve as local IT contact for stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to align standards.
- Coordinate team priorities and ensure timely IT response.
