Job summary

Jonathan Louis International is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead reliability, security, and performance of our global technology footprint across offices, plants, and distribution facilities. This hands-on leader oversees networks, servers, cloud, storage, and related infrastructure while partnering with the Director of IT to align with the company roadmap.

You will mentor the IT team, manage vendors, and ensure controls, documentation, and budgets support manufacturing,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure and operations experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with networks, servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and monitoring.
• Experience with IAM, directory services, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability and security of IT infrastructure across all locations.
• Lead day-to-day IT operations, DR, and vendor management.
• Develop and enforce standards, documentation, and access controls.
• Partner with Director of IT on strategy and roadmap.
